Connect to remote computer that has unattended access and easy access set up with another party

I recently tried to connect to a remote computer that seems to have unattended access and easy access set up, but with another party. It was not in a TV session with any party at the time I tried to connect.

I was in telephone connection with the user at the other end and he simply could not get TV to display the password. I assume it is because of the above situation.

How can I connect to such a remote?

My assumption is that the random password is disabled on your partner's computer.

You partner will need to enable it so you can connect again.
