In order to use TeamViewer on a second device to remotely control it, you simply need to install it on that device. You then need to make sure you select private usage and not "14-day trial". That way, you're able to connect from one device to the other.
Another option you have is TeamViewer QuickSupport, for that you don't need to install anything and just need to open the application to get support or in your case, to access the device.
However, I would recommend installing the full TeamViewer client and enabling Easy Access for you to easily connect to your devices without the need of typing in the password each session. Find all necessary information below:
