How to create a QuickSupport to automatic assign suport to a user in console management.

Thank you for posting your 1st post on TeamViewer community!
There is a setting available when you are designing TeamViewer QuickSupport on TeamViewer Management Console (MCO).
It is called Automatically add users to a group in your Contacts list, please tick this option then you will see the available option of Default assignee. Kindly see the attachment for the more details.
Can you kindly check your QuickSupport Module and give it try, I hope it would work!
