trying to connect to a PC and get message that they I'm blocklisted

I have gone in several huge circles on this issue. I have found a few postings regarding this issue and tried the suggestions but could not resolve the issue. I have four windows PCs and will refer to them as A, B, C and D.

Physically A, B, D are in my home on my desk, D is a few miles down the road in my son's house.

Yesterday:

A could connect to B & C but not D (the darn blocklist problem)

B could connect to A & C but not D

C could connect to A & B but not D

A, B, C are assigned to my account

Could not test D because of the distance. D is assigned to my son's account.

Today:

I went to my son's house, D could connect to A, B & C

I found some instructions in the forum as to how to uninstall TV and remove all traces. I uninstalled/reinstalled TV on D

Now to test

A connected to B, C and D

B connected to A, C and D

C connected to A, B, and D

D could not connect to A & C but could not connect to B

Other than uninstalling/reinstalling on D I did NOT make any other changes to any of the PCs.

All PCs have TV Version: 15.25.5 (64-bit) installed

IMHO there is a BUG!

Can you kindly provide the information and/or screenshots about the setting of Blocklist/Allowlist on the devices please?

👉Path: TeamViewer - Three line menu - Extras - Options - Security - Rules for connections to this computer - Block and Allowlist - Configure. Can you kindly ensure that no TeamViewer ID has been added under Blocklist please

And on the devices which receiving the connections, kindly check the setting of Access Control please.

Ying, the only message I get is "You are blocklisted or not allowlisted by this partner."

All systems are running Win10 x64. I will generate a Speccy report for each PC. To my knowledge, there is no sensitive information in any of the reports.
