Hello,

I downloaded the free version of Teamviewer today to remotely help my mum on her laptop. I invited her via Teamviewer, which she accepted, so we both now have an ID. However, when trying to connect to my mum, even though everything looked correct, ie both online and with a green dot, it kept saying it could not connect and in the end, we gave up.

Any thoughts? I'm using an Apple Macbook and my mum is using a Windows 10 / 11 ready laptop.

When you connect to your mum, did you confirm any error message?
