My computer's mouse is out of sync when I use Teamviewer

Hi there. I'm trying to solve a recently problem in Teamviewer. For some reason, when I use Teamviewer from my mobile or from another computer, the mouse is not synchronized. It's a bit weird to explain, but the mouse is literally shifted to the right, so I can't work with it.

The actions that I carry out on the main computer do not work properly on the remote computer, because the mouse is moving elsewhere.

I have uninstalled the application several times on the devices I use, but I cannot solve it. Has anyone any idea to solve this issue?

I am having the same problem as described above. Have used the product for years and this just started about a month ago.

Ok, so I just fixed it on my end. if you have a second monitor, switch the arrangement to the other side and it fixed my problem. Team Viewer said it started during last update and are working on a fix.

@Mowhawk I'm facing an issue when someone using my PC via Teamviewer, then I'm unable to use my Mouse, but when the connection ended after that Mouse behave normally what's the reason behind this....
