Remote access problem

Hey I’m struggling trying to allow remote access on my max book pro . I keep getting the following message when I click remote control ‘ the Id you entered is invalid ‘ I have not entered an id. Any advice ? Please

To begin with, since we can see the yellow banner regarding Account Validation on the screenshots, could you check your email inbox and validate your TeamViewer account, please?

On the other hand, the Control Remote Computer along with the Connect button is used for outgoing connections from the device.

Whereas, the information in the Allow Remote Control is used for incoming connections to the device.

Therefore, when you initiate a remote session via the connection button, you need to use the TeamViewer ID which is shown on the target remote device.

From your description and the given screenshot, you want to connect to your mac book pro from the other device using the easy access settings. Do I understand your intention correctly?

If this is the scenario, could you try the following method, please?

• Sign in with your TeamViewer account on your local device. (please ensure to use the same account credentials with easy access settings on the mac device which is named Noelle from your screenshot)
• Go to the Computers & Contacts tab on the application, and check the mac device entry.
• Once you confirmed the entry, try a remote session by double click the device.
