TeamViewer - Can't untick "Start TeamViewer with System"

Hi,

On my M1 mac Teamviewer always starts with system i tried to untick the setting "Start TeamViewer with System" but after the first restart it's ticked again. does someone knows a workaround until this bug is fixed?
