How to improve sound using Third party product with Teamviewer

Hi,

I have been using **Third party product** through Teamviewer for my father in a nursing home so he can listen to his Bible study meetings. However, the sound is not good as it is frequently stuttering and dropping out. He is vision impaired and hard of hearing. He probably needs new speakers but as there is a complete lockdown, I am unable to get in and do this.

I did download a sound booster program, Equalizer APO which helped the volume but it's the dropping out that is the problem.

Any suggestions are welcome.

@kerryajs I also watched lot of YouTube tutorial but not working for my PC if you get any solution then please let me know too.

I should add that both laptops are running windows 10. Z00m meetings work well on my computer but it's just when connecting to my father's PC that the sound is poor.
