I am unable to connect to friends PC

Everytime I try to connect to my friends PC it is saying that my connection has been blocked ( It says the same for them too). We use Teamviewer for private use and that's it, mostly because they aren't very tech savy.

Reason I'm asking is because we don't use it for anything else and their is no company or business in our usage for each other.

fyi. Also not used in any professional manner either so am completely unsure as to why this has come up...

Here is a SS of what is coming up when we try to connect to each other. We did accidentally leave it running last night.. So maybe that could be why?
