I have a Premium license and when three people are simultaneously logged into my account on their own computers, no one else can log in. Message appears maximum licenses in use. I thought Premium license had up to 500 allowed users. Should I be using the Security option and assigning TV ID numbers in the allowed list on the computers I want them to access remotely?
