Uninstalled the software, but took a couple of screen prints and have an ID.
Is is possible to see who connected to you. So I can nab the fellow.
Thanks

Akiho, Very good of you to reply. The ID I have is the ID for me that was on my PC.
Not the ID# for the perpetrator,. So would the Police inquiry work in that case to trace the person.
He also left a Text Now subscriber number, so I was contemplating using
Spy for Me Text Now subscriber number, but does that work/ cost wise?

Kochira koso domo arigato!
I discussed this matter with my local police and they told me that they see a lot of this misuse of your software.
Accordingly due to the relatively small amount stolen and the way that the bad users hide themselves, they cannot help.
Clearly you need stronger security. I send you a screen shot of my ID on your systems and ask that you pursue this.
Kindly look into this and advise what you can, Thanks again. It all happened last Sunday around 12:30 p.m.
I Observe that the screen shot I sent you has the ID blurred.
Is this your system?
Is Team Viewer able to see who connected to an ID?
Am I wasting my time here?
Thanks for you response

I prepared a report but I am unable to attach log files. I tried attaching the screen print of my ID
In order to attach log files, do I have to reinstall the software which I had uninstalled.
I have a profile and password for the software, but not the software itself.
