Unable to Submit a Ticket
Every time I try to raise a new ticket, the page automatically comes to the Community Page.
i would like to submit a ticket to cancel my annual subscription. have been trying for quite a bit

Have been going around in circles trying to 'Submit a Ticket'. I have logged in my account details innumerable times after landing automatically on the TeamViewer Community page. I tried contacting the published Contact Number for India, [removed per Community Guidelines]. The message I get is this number is incorrect.
Please help!!

We are sorry to hear the you are unable to raise a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket, can you ensure that the licensed account to be logged in on the support portal please.
Give it a go with the licensed account. If the same issue happens again, feel free to contact community moderators for further assistance.

Thanks for responding and yes, I have tried raising a ticket through my licensed account but to no avail. It stays on the 'Submit Ticket' page for about 15 seconds and before I can click on or type anything the page automatically lands up on the Community page
Hope to get this sorted before the 28-day window period.
