keep password same when insert to different devices

Hi

our team now is using raspberry pi , and using teamviewer to control them remotely.

We usually set up all setting in one raspberry pi and then copy the SD Card for rest of devices.

I figured password setting is working totally fine even if I remove the SD card and re-insert to the devices. However , when I insert the SD card which I set up the fixed password in a one raspberry pi

to another device , the setting of password does not work as I expected

we need to all device with same password to access , and it's not efficient if we manually set up every single device . it's there any way we can avoid this problem?
