How to control your phone from a computer? I downloaded the phone management application, and on the phone itself the cursor is shown, but does not react at all, what should I do to do this? Help me please.

Could you please let us know the type of device(s) you are connecting to; Android or iPhone? if Android, who is the manufacturer?
