How do I see where the account I'm charged is?

In order to be able to help, we need a bit more information. Do you want to check if your license is active?
Go in your TeamViewer client to the three-line menu (on the top left) --> Help --> About TeamViewer
If you want to know instead where to check information related to your license, the customer portal is the place to go.
