Lenovo pad m10 can not be monitored

Hi, my mom bought a Lenovo pad m10 and I can not monitor her screen , it only shows the option to share a screen shot. Am I doing something wrong?

I am trying to hook up with her from my w10, but am having no luck. She has managed to install teamviewer quick support and I can chat, send request but I can not see her screen in realtime..

Please help us.

Thank you for asking this.

Currently, not all Lenovo tablets are compatible with screen-sharing/remote control technology.

If your device is compatible, the screen-sharing/remote control function should be displayed and available when connecting via QuickSupport.

If only the screeenshot sharing funtion is available, it means that this specific device is not compatible.
