Security issue? Double session on Team Viewer

Hi,

I had strange case. I use Team Viewer on Ubuntu OS to help other person.

Person had a laptop with Windows 10 OS and told me ID and password.

When I connected to user I saw that session is double.

I added screenshot.

NBPL1-01 - this is my laptop hostname but only one session is mine - [removed per Community Guidelines]

Second session [removed per Community Guidelines] is not mine.

User tried close session but it was not possible. It was only possible to deactivate control icon.

Could someone explain me why session is double?
