After down loading Teamviewer I have my ID and Password. At the bottom of the Teamviewer window it has "Awaiting authentication". I have yet to receive an email to complete the set up. What do I do?

If the Management Console allowed you to do the login, this mean that you already did the validation of the creation of your TeamViewer account.
Therefore, no further email to complete the set up will be necessary. However, once you login on TeamViewer, it will ask you about the Trust Device confirmation.
