Unable to access 'Get Help' - Ticket logged by email but no response

Hi,

When I try to access Get Help I get the following error:

An error occurred while attempting to retrieve the userinfo resource: 500 internal server error

We have a commercial license. I have raised a ticket via email after a phone call but no response so far.

Any ideas\help anyone could give would be great.

Could you please try to clear the cache & cookies of your browser and try again with the link I sent you?
