Can I remote a Chromebook from PC? I used to remote to my mom's PC but she now has a chromebook.

I downloaded TeamViewer on her Chromebook but when she pulls it up, it doesn't show her "YourID" or "Password".

There is always a mix-up on which applications are needed.
