"the screen cannot be captured at the moment. this is probably due to fast user switching..."
For the problem, what I can do ? Thanks!
Hello @YangLan_keysight
Thanks for your post.
This error is one that can potentially be caused by a few things; in order to better assist, let's try and hone in on the cause of yours!
Could you please let us know the type of device or operating system you are connecting to when this happens?
If you can also let us know the context of the issue (what is occurring before it), this can help to!
Thanks in advance 😁
one laptop: Windows 10 Enterprise; the other one is desktop: Windows 1
I just wanted to use my laptop to connect my desktop. I didn't do nothing before that. I mean after startup I will use Teamviewer.
0 Enterprise
For the past couple of weeks, I have gotten the same error above on almost every connection. We are an IT support company and use TV all day every day. But over the last couple of weeks, alot of the connections show the above errror. It will not go away no matter how long you wait. But if you just click the "X" and close the connection and then click it again, it will show the desktop just like it is supposed to do.
Looks like an issue with either TV or a windows update.
Any suggestions?
I am having the same issue for past couple of weeks... and cannot connect past the desktop password entry, resulting in...
"The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This is probably due to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimised Remote Desktop session."
Please help.
I have the same issue. Any help would be appreciated
Same issue anyone get a resolution
Same issue here - any comments TeamViewer support? This issue is potentially deal-breaking for us.
Bumping. having the same issue
even logging in with the administrator user in TeamViewer the error occurs!
How does TeamViewer allow this? Switching users in Windows is such a common troubleshooting, the support tool gets in the way of it.
Teamviewer 15.44.6
