Why does TeamViewer keep saying I don't have a licence when I do? Am I the only person in the world who has this problem? I really want to like this software but I now hate it with a passion.

Sometimes, the license is not recognized because users are not logged in with their licensed account within TeamViewer.
Could you check if you are logged in with your licensed account?
