question regarding accessibilities on desktop platform

Hi, I'm on team viewer latest version and window 10 64 bit. I'm using Non-Visual Desktop Access (NVDA) screen reader the latest version as well. I'm having constrain while navigating on team viewer app where each time when I open the app, either I navigate via arrow keys or tap the screen reader no longer respond. I hope there could be a way for me to resolve this issue. Any help is much appreciated.
