Using v15.26.4, Win 11 x64 (and tested on Win 10 x64) the second monitor is blank but I can see the mouse pointer. Indeed, sometimes the mouse pointer can change depending on what it is hovering over and if I grab the menu bar of a program and partially drag it into the first monitor it will suddenly displays the screen correctly, it then goes blank again when the mouse button is released.
System Info:
Using v15.26.4,
Win 11 x64 (and Win 10 x64), Windows 11 Pro, 21H2, v22000.493.
1st monitor: 1920x1080 @120 Hz
2nd monitor: 1080x1920 @ 60 Hz (portrait mode)
Other software used: Display Fusion (I have turned this off and still the same). Have 970 in SLi using nVidia driver - 511.23 (and used previous versions).
EDIT: I have tested this when the 2nd monitor is landscape (same resolution) it works! Therefore the problem is that the second monitor is in portrait!
