Unattended access is broken

I have followed this guide (https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/articles/1227-secure-unattended-access-to-devices) to the letter and it is still asking me for a godforsaken password when i try to connect? what is the point of this if I have to respond on the other end???

📌Have you signed in the same TeamViewer account on local TeamViewer before connection?

If you have but the still the same password prompt shows, then May I ask some additional information from you please?

1. What modules of TeamViewer are you using for setting unattended access? Like TeamViewer full version? Host?
2. Can you kindly share the password prompt window from TeamViewer please?
3. Can you kindly share the setting on local TeamViewer please? Path: TeamViewer - Gear wheel (⚙) on top right corner - Security
