TeamViewer not connecting to Android TV

Dear all,
I would like to use TeamViewer to control my grandmother television, since she is no longer able to use the television. Unfortunately I am living far away and sometime, if there is an issue, it is difficult to fix it in a short time.
I have a MI BOX 3 with Android 9 and I have installed both TeamViewer Quick Connect and TeamViewer Host.
While TeamViewer QuickConnect does not seems to support screen control, I also tried TeamViewer Host. But when I try to connect from my PC I get one of the following messages
Can you please support me? I read through the forum that it should be possible.
