Connected but no screen pops up

I am using the latest 64bit paid version of windows teamviewer on Win10. This just started last week, teamviewer will connect and show connected on the taskbar but no connection window shows up. I have tried connecting to different partners with the same result.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling teamviewer already. Anything else I can try?

Another update to this issue. It started happening to me again so I had to reach out to support finally and after waiting a couple of days I finally got the answer. It turns out the partner window is opening but in a very small window that's impossible to find on the desktop.

The only way I can get it to come up is to right click on the top of the image below and select Maximize.

Just updating the thread. Uninstalling AND Removing settings did restore functionality! All is well again.

I didn't remove the settings when I uninstalled. I will give that a try tomorrow, I'm no longer at the location.

May I ask when you were trying uninstallation, did you remove the settings too?
