The TeamViewer ID can be found in TeamViewer on the remote control tab which, depending on your device, can be located in a few places. Since we are here in the mobile forum, I am guessing that we can assume it is a mobile device!
Could you please let us know the device you are using, and which app you have downloaded? Please note that incoming and outgoing connections use separate apps on remote devices.
