I am connecting from Mac to Windows, after I entered my partner ID and pressed "connect", Teamviewer didn't ask me to enter password and quit unexpectedly.
I tried to force quit Teamviewer and connect again, same problem happens. Please help :(

It seems that TeamViewer was behaving strangely.
May I ask you to check the current TeamViewer version on both devices please. The path is TeamViewer -> lines menu -> About TeamViewer -> Version.
If the version is not in the latest version, we kindly ask you to update TeamViewer and try again for connections please.
If bad luck still after updating, can you kindly share the versions and the operating system of both devices to us in your reply post please.

After I upgraded my Mac to OS12, Monterey, the teamviewer can work finally!
