Does anyone know how to get teamviewer to stop being so Janky? I cannot export any useful information of my devices to csv. The old create a script doesn't have the same options anymore to match the how to's of 2020. The contact support to make a ticket is no longer a thing...how can you pay so much and not be able to create a support ticket? This website is out of date:
i have to click "do not show this message" every time i open teamviewer. Janky...I have to use chat to get level 1 tech support...emails come from different areas...support from germany, sales from i can't remember where, and authorization comes from another location...all have to be unblocked from spam or teamviewer will block your domain...but i can make a video call with users if i want...that is what i need to quickly fix a users issues...call them through video...which i have never used but feel it will not work well...i get an error every time i open teamviewer from a computer restart and have to open teamviewer after closing the error...feedback is just like all other feedbacks...it goes out into the purgatory of the interwebs to never be seen again...any less janky services out there?
