Cannot reverse remote connect

We set up TeamViewer Free on 2 computers for "Easy Access". Computer "Number 1" can remote in to "Number 2", but "Number 2" cannot remote into "Number 1".

When "Number 2" attempts to remote in to "Number 1" it requests a password - when entered it will not allow remote access.

After several attempts "Number 2" was "locked out" from further attempts.

How do we rectify this issue?

Hello @Claire_1,

If you have tried multiple times with the wrong password to remote connect to PC 1, PC 2 gets blocked by the Brute Force Protection.

After the Brute Force Protection expires, you will be able to connect again.
