We set up TeamViewer Free on 2 computers for "Easy Access". Computer "Number 1" can remote in to "Number 2", but "Number 2" cannot remote into "Number 1".
When "Number 2" attempts to remote in to "Number 1" it requests a password - when entered it will not allow remote access.
After several attempts "Number 2" was "locked out" from further attempts.
How do we rectify this issue?
