I run a Mac at home but need to connect to a PC that is remote.
Thanks @JeanK - Appreciate it. I will work on it today.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hey hey @dpicton - it's me again 😊
I forgot to share something REALLY important with you:
In this article, you'll learn how to use the shortcuts during a connection from Mac to Windows.
This can be very handy if you have a lot of copy/paste to do or any kind of operations.
My friend @Esther has been using it this week and for her, it has been a real lifesaver.
If something is not clear, please let me know!
Cheers,
/JeanK
Hello @dpicton,
Absolutely! You can connect from a Mac to a PC.
Let me know if you need help with anything else. 🌻
All the best,
Thanks JeanK appreciate the quick response.
I have created an account and downloaded TeamViewer on my Mac.
Is there a quick link to teach me how to actually connect to the remote computer? I am assuming I have to download on the PC and then use the Computer ID's to connect?
Thanks again. Dave
Yes, this is correct.
TeamViewer has to be installed on both ends.
We always recommend connecting via Easy Access.
You'll find a video as well as a step-by-step guide on how to do it here:
📄 Connect via Easy Access
Let me know how this goes. 😊
You're welcome! I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
