Can you please cancel my subscription and not renew upon the scheduled renewal date.
Please advise when this has occurred, or how I can action this if this is not the correct forum.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I have no login that is linked to a license so I cant access the support site.
I created a free account (with the same email address as our apparently licensed account) just to ask this question. I have never received an account activation email with a license or anything similar, even though we have paid for TeamViewer.
How do I get my license if I have never received it via email?
