OK, I downloaded the software, how do I tell someone how to log into my computer???? Its not clear!!

Essentially, each TeamViewer connection requires knowing the ID and password of the device the user wishes to connect to.There are a few things to note regarding the displayed ID and password in your TeamViewer application, however!

• The TeamViewer ID of a device is unique to each device and will not change.
• The password displayed is a random password designed for spontaneous access. The displayed password will change for security purposes

The random password is best used when the user needs only connect once, or at a specific time. Therefore, the easiest way to have your accountant connect to your device would be to provide the accountant your ID and the current displayed password.

To connect, they will enter your TeamViewer ID into the Partner ID field and click Connect. When prompted, they will enter the password you have provided them.
