iOS QuickSupport
Is there a way to allow a user to initiate a support chat from an iOS device(iPad)?
Or are we limited at the moment to the end-user having to launch the QuickSupport app, get in touch with support, provide the information, and then the actual support begins.
Some info about us: K-12 School using Jamf School for our MDM.
Appreciate in advance everyone's comments/thoughts.

Thank you for posting here!
What you could do is add the iPad to your Computers and Contacts list.
📄 Add a computer to your Computers & Contacts list
Once the device is in your Computers and Contacts list, you will be able to chat with the end-user.
