Two (2) Laptops and Having Issues Transfering Files

Hello all - I Am trying to transfer files between a new laptop and an old one... the issue is the old laptop appears to be only able to transfer the files to itself even though the new laptop has its' own ID...

Is it possible that I Am using the same email login for both systems that is what is preventing me from doing the transfer?
