black screen using quicksupport

Hello everybody,

I use quicksupport to remotely control an android phone, and this works well for apps like whatsapp, sms, etc.

However, when I start internet banking or similar apps which require secure access, a black screen is shown on the PC, while everything is seen regularly on the phone, so it is impossible to control remotely. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
