TeamViewer Mobile Device Support
from what I know my corp TV license includes remote support of mobile devices.
However when I remotely access a smartphone with the TeamViewer QuickSupport app installed on their Android or iOS device I am able to remote in however I get kicked out after a minute.
How can I get a longer support session?

May I ask you to check on the admin side please, if TeamViewer licensed account has been signed in prior the connection.
Regards less whether it is a PC or mobile device, kindly sign in the licensed account on the local side (Admin side) please. The connection should work as expected.
