Adding a single tablet into the mix of machines controlled

I already monitor multiple Windows PCs under the appropriate licence but now a client has asked if I can look after a tablet for her. (At this stage, the OS has not been specified but I suspect it is not Windows). Can I just add the device in the same way I have gone about over 40 Windows PCs up to now or is there a different procedure, different technique, different package etc? Also, are there any problems in monitoring a remote tablet from my Windows PC? Does Team Viewer take care of the cross-platform integration? PLEASE can anyone help as I feel totally flummoxed at this stage as it's a first for me.

I thank Josh P. for his comments above but they are only a partial answer and very partial at that. In short, it is a VERY incomplete answer and would not enable anyone looking to achieve what I sought to do to manage it. I spent some time in contact directly with Team Viewer Support this afternoon and discovered very quickly that the essential thing I would require was an Add On. The add on is called a Mobile Device Support licence. And it is not FREE! In fact, it would cost almost as much as the Business Licence I already hold. I only wanted to have a remote support capability for 1 tablet which I might access 3 times in a year! Obviously it was a non-starter. THANK YOU to all who assisted me.

In regards to TeamViewer on tablets - we are definitely compatible! Depending on the make/model/manufacturer, some capabilities may not be possible:

Remote control of Android devices is possible, but only for specific manufacturers - for other devices, screensharing may only be possible.
For iOS devices, users can share their screen - however, due to limitations set by Apple, it is not possible to remote control any iOS device.

That being said, TeamViewer operates on these kinds of devices the same way - each device (or app in some cases) will have its own TeamViewer ID, which can be added to your Computers & Contacts list.

The biggest difference from computer use of TeamViewer is there are separate apps for incoming and outgoing connections. The Remote Control app on both platforms is for outgoing connections only. QuickSupport is available on both iOS & Android, and for Android devices, Unattended Access is also possible thanks to the Host app!

All apps can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or the Play Store (Android)
