So I have been trying to cancel my license for over a week now, I've submitted tickets and been told that because of the timing, they won't cancel it, will charge me anyway, and then will cancel the next one next year. I've tried calling to speak with someone since I am constantly being put on a multiple day wait between responses and their support line picks up briefly like someone is answering, and the instantly hangs up. This is a terrible way to treat someone whether they're trying to cancel your product or not. I complained about the price as the cancellation reason and was told "Oh. Well if you are still a customer next year, maybe we can do something for you. Have a good day." No I don't want next year, and I don't want your product this year. Why is this so difficult to comprehend?
