Can´t Reset Password for my Account

I Can´t Reset my Password Because after i Choose my new Password it asks for a Pin and i Don´t remeber any recovery pin. How can i reset my accout password.

It sounds like you may have Two-Factor Authentication turned on your account.

When you set this up, you would have used an authentication app (like Google Authenticator) that generates a 6-digit code every 30 seconds. You should be able to find this app on the phone you used during setup.
