Hello, I am trying to connect and control a mobile from another mobile. I learned that we cannot control an iphone but not trying to control from the iphone an android. Furthermore, I got the connection from the Teamviewer Quicksupport where I see the screen but when I want to use Teamviewer application I don't understand the process ... Either I got that the partner doesn't accept entry connections, either that it is not connected, either the connection last forever ...
Can you please help by giving me step by step how to process ? Do I need an account on both phone ? Does it need to be a different account ? How do I find the ID of the device ? Is it at the bottom of Parametres where it is written ID Teamviewer under Version of Teamviewer but then no password is provided....
