    Thanks for the feedback!

    Did you added the contact/device to your computer and contact list? Or are you typing ID and password to remote connect?

    Also, if you added it as a contact please make sure the partner is logged in with the TeamViewer account.

    Here is some examples to illustrate:

    • Connection by ID and Password:
    • Connecting to a device added on Computer & Contacts: (If it's blue, the device is online. If it's black, the device is offline)
    • Connecting to a contact added on Computer & Contacts: (The contact must be online for you to connect.)
