Hello! I have had a run in with an issue I believe might be a scam or vulnerability of sorts. I was working on my PC when suddenly a grey window popped up that said something along the lines of "TeamViewer - work better" or something similar and it also said "Crtl - Alt - Del" in the bottom left corner. My cursor then started moving around on its own as if someone had logged into my PC. I had no way to exit the window, hitting escape didn't do anything and there was no "X" button or option to close the connection. My next thought was to open task manager to force TeamViewer to close but I couldn't get access to my taskbar, so I tried hitting control alt delete to open the task manager that way and upon doing so I was presented with what looked like the login screen for my PC and not the blue screen where you can choose to open task manager. I figured it was someone trying to get my password so I held down the power button to shutdown my computer and restarted it with the ethernet cable unplugged. I opened the connections_incoming log file as saw where "TeamViewer Survey " has evidently connected to my computer multiple times over the last month or so and there are older entries with names I do not recognize along with a few connection from "Ad push" that date back as far as 2021. I wasn't sure what this was and haven't been able to find anything similar online yet so any input is greatly appriciated! I have uninstalled TeamViewer on my computers for the time being, I'll also put the concering log entries below:
