I created a custom TeamViewer Host and tick the box 'Automatically add users to a group in your contacts list. However, I am still unable to see this device after installed.
Any problem on my setting?

I would like to achieve that when a user opens the TeamViewer Host application, our IT team can see this device in the share group.
