Can not submit ticket or cancel license

Hello this is my formal request to not renew our subscription in December. I am unable to submit a ticket on your website.

Please confirm receipt.

On a related note, your cancellation and ticketing system is terrible and borderline unethical. It should not be easy to sign up and difficult to cancel. This has pushed me away from purchasing any further products.

Please know that we are unable to assist in cancellation or licensing issues in the support community, for security and privacy purposes.

I have also confirmed no issue in the ticket portal, both with logging in as well as creating a ticket.

As mentioned in our article How to submit a ticket, when accessing the ticket portal, please ensure you are using your licensed account - simply log in with the account you activated the license to and you can submit the ticket.

If you attempt to access the ticket portal with an unlicensed account, you will be reverted back to the community:

If you have confirmed that you are attempting to log into the support portal with the same account that you activated the license to, please reach out to our support teams directly over the phone. They are happy to assist in creating a ticket for you!

Thank you for the clarification.

If you are reverted to the community when attempting to access the support portal, this means the current account you are attempting to log into the support portal with is not the currently licensed account.

Please double-check the account licensing by logging into the Management Console - in the upper right corner you will see your license status:

Should the issue persist, I would recommend reaching out over the phone to our support team so they may assist in the ticket creation.
