I am unable to connect Windows Team Viewer V12.0.259192

I have paid license and I installed the same version using "Invite Partner" on my wife's PC.

I get the message that the license on my wife's PC is running an old version.

Any idea why it's doing that?

May I double check with you what are version of Windows operating system, TeamViewer license and TeamViewer software for both sides devices? We would need additional information to identify the message of "older version"

In general, TeamViewer older version has certain compatibility and you may check out from this knowledge article - Supporting Operating System. Can you check and get back to us with the version information please?
