I have used TeamViewer for many years as a home user supporting a few relatives & friends over the Internet who are not "Computer People"! I have never had any issues with TeamViewer until the past couple of weeks. VERSION 15.29.4
Currently, I cannot login to Remote Computer and Remote Computer cannot login to mine. We both get a BLACK SCREEN and have not been able to break thru it while trying to change a setting here & there under EXTRAS / OPTIONS to see if anything made a difference ... which it did not.
This is the last tip we tried from a Google search:
Go to Extras → Options.
Access the Advanced tab, and scroll down to Advanced setting for connections to this computer.
First, check the setting:
Disable local input
Then, check the setting:
Enable local blackscreen
