Account Recovery

I have been trying to log onto my account on a new device and it's asking me for TFA, when I enter the code that shows on my phone it says incorrect. I've enabled the recovery code option on a separate device that I was already logged in on. When I try to enter that code to disable TFA it says to enter a valid code, I was just copy pasting the one I was given. Is there anything else I can do?

    Whenever I try to make a ticket, it directs me to the community main page so am confused on what to do now
